Please read info about our shop policies before ordering *

Return and Exchanges:

in the garden does not offer any exchanges. We only offer returns on items that arrive damaged. Please see refund policies for more info.

Cancellations/Refunds:

Once order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, if you have purchased the wrong item please use contact form for concern within 1 day of purchase.

There are no refunds unless a product has arrived damaged. Please send us a photo of the damaged product(s) within 7 days of delivery. Please ship out item(s) within 14 days. Buyer will be responsible for covering return shipping cost.

Once item has arrived to in the garden, you will then be issued a refund in the full amount.

in the garden is not responsible for orders after being shipped out/processed. This includes issues regarding lost/stolen orders*

Commission and Made to order Prints:

All made to order prints are made unique and may differ from the original. If there is an issue with the product please use contact form to address your concerns. There are no refunds on made to order prints, unless item is damaged.

All commission prints are unique. Customer will be updated with its progress until completion. All paid deposit towards the piece are non-refundable. There are no refunds once received, unless item is damaged. Please refer to Cancellation/Refund policy for more info.
