What is your processing time?

All processing time is typically 1-2 business days, unless it is a made to order it'll be 2-3 business days. Commissioned pieces do not apply.

What do I do if there is an issue with my order when received?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and let us know the issue. If it is a damaged item, please include a picture of the damage.
